• This Gift card can be used in any outlet of our property or during your stay at Waldorf Astoria Versailles - Trianon Palace;

• This Gift Card cannot be exchanged, partly or entirely, for cash.

• The total amount of the Gift Card must be spent while coming to or staying at the hotel, otherwise the remaining amount of money will be lost. This remaining amount of money cannot be used for another stay or for another occasion.

• If the value of the Gift Card(s) is inferior to the price of the purchase, the user must pay the difference to our property according to the general conditions. 

• This Gift Card is under the user's responsibility, especially in case of loss or theft. No complaints shall be accepted.
